Hello china post admin, can you please tell me why haven't my package moved for 13 days it's been in the same location this is really frustrating RB248197580CN please give me an update.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows only result if RB248197580CN as "shipping notice received from seller". This means your seller told China Post he plans to ship the goods but never actually shipped anything yet.

You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment location info, you will open dispute to aliexpress against fraud shipment.
