Hi,
I ordered 2 parcel consisting of total 3 items which were delivered by TBDress.com website through China post. It shows delivered to UK but the address that was put was wrong and when i contacted RoyalMail they said it was returned back. Royal mail asked me to contact Seller "TBDress" to raise a claim (on sellers can raise) for investigation as the parcel is lost!
Every time i contact TBDress, they keep saying the same thing we are not responsible for it and offers NO HELP!, terrible experience as my money is wasted and i haven't got the items!

it was a 4 months ago parcel. now it is too late to do anything to get your money back. Next time you'd better buy from big website such as ebay/aliexpress/amazon. they have much better buyer protection and feedback review system. Buying from small websites is very risky.
