Ni hao,

Parcel # CJ554110436US was shipped from the US to my home in China last month, and tracking on the USPS site shows it passed China customs on October 15th and there was an "attempted delivery abroad" on October 16th. There has been no update on the USPS site since then, and I have not received the parcel and have not received any phone message about it. Is there a China Post branch where I could pick it up?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel is in china post office in 浦东保税惠南揽投部, but has no delivery record. It should have delivery problem(no detail of the delivery failure).

You need call china post hotline 11185 to pickup the parcel.
