Good evening, Please if anyone can help me ? I sent a small package to a customer in Chengdu in April 10. She still has not receive it so I did tracking and shows me as follows as below. What it that means in China ? WHats is happening ? Please let me know

the parcel arrived Chengdu on April 27. It should have some delivery problem and is on the way returning to Colombia. You should ask receiver call china post hotline 11185 and see if he can pickup the parcel.

Thanks for your reply.
However the tracking info says : CUSTOMS REJECTED , does the package at any point went out for delivery or it always stayed at customs stucked ?
