Two months ago I ordered a laptop. The seller sent it to insufficient address and the laptop went back to the China on December 19.
I followed my shipment through tracking. On December 27, my goods arrived back to where it was sent, in Guangzhou. Seller claims that he has not till yet received the goods. I do not believe him because the goods is now for four weeks in china. We agreed that when he receive the goods that he send the laptop back again in Croatia. How do I know if the seller received my goods? This is my tracking number: RI140601831CN

you should open dispute and claim refund. you are the buyer, if seller can not approve you have received the goods, he has the duty to refund you money.
