My tracking number is RH062761042CN. Seller said he has shipped my order since 14th oct 2014 but I have not been able to track. I threaten him with opening dispute and he increase buying protection to 30days. What should I do?

You got a fake tracking number bro, file a dispute. It happened to me before i got a fake number then i filed a dispute and got full refund

he have give you also a fake tracking site?
im in same situation,
open a dispute friend and dont close it wathever seller promise to you , ask full refund
