Last month I tried to purchase a Huawei Honor x1 on Alibaba.com. After I messaged a few suppliers I received an email with the price and the payment information. I asked them if they accept paypal, they stated that they don't. But because they offered a really nice price, I could not resist and took the risk. (when I think back it was so dumb...sigh).

I have ordered 2 phones from a certain fake Tyrone Paul of HYJ Technology Co.,Ltd. This company name does exist but does not sell electronics. The real HYJ company sells silicones and rubbers. After receiving an invoice and making the bank transfer my order had been shipped, or so they told me, through DHL. Later on they told me that my package could not get through customs because it had a battery and they sent it back to the supplier.

Later on they gave me a tracking number for China post. That checked out, I could see the package was on its way to my country. But after a week or so I noticed that my package has been stuck at the export customs status. And now 3 weeks in total later it is still in that status. So I tried emailing them and contacting them via Skype, but failed to reach them.

I read on the Chinapost website that mostly happens when the package does not clear customs it will be sent back to the supplier. So which leaves me without phone and without ANY package arriving to my adress.

Because of my dumb actions and their asshole scam I wasted 200 euro's. FOR NOTHINGGG

Ps. Does anyone know if there is a way to get back my money or at least a part of it. I did not pay via alibaba/paypal/credicard. I made a bank transfer (HOW STUPID WAS I). But i still got all the email and their bank information and adress in China
