When items received ,it was broken. I contact the seller and she did not compromise, wanted me to sent back the items to China and she will only refund my money back to me.I have checked the shipping fee it will be around USD 80+. Who will return the broken item costing USD 80 + just for a USD 77 refund?

She offered a solution, replacing an item which I never want, and costing lesser than the original item I bought.At least she must return part of the money to me. But she refused. She force me to accept it.

I found it no justice. I asked her to contact Fedex in China for this incident, unfortunately she told me, she will not do that for me. Now the only way I can seek for justice is writing to Aliexpress, I am furious, and I want to tell the world, this seller is not a genuine seller, she will just rob you away. The broken items sent wasn't the one I order even if it's not damaged.

Can someone tell me what to do? I have met a scamming seller.
