Hi I bought a product on eBay and it was send to me (in France) from Hong Kong... It has the following tracking number:

RI769144516CN

But it has not moved since 2dec 2015

When I track it it keeps staying the same

Guangzhou international parcel process center received
2015-11-30 22:22:36.0 Guangzhou parcel process center customs scan
2015-11-30 23:59:48.0 leaving Guangzhou parcel process center ，next station Guangzhou Airport
2015-12-01 09:04:38.0 Guangzhou Transit Station export security scan
2015-12-01 14:33:07.0 Guangzhou Transit Station export customs cleared
2015-12-02 09:50:00.0 arrive Guangzhou Airport
2015-12-02 10:00:29.0 leaving Guangzhou Airport going to next airport/seaport
2015-12-02 12:04:00.0 Guangzhou departure

Can you please tell me if I am ever going to get it ...?! Or it is lost for eternity....

Ps I just counted that is 46 days no new info and 49 days since it was send !!!!

normally the parcel should arrive France in 40 days. check with France post and see if they can find the parcel, if not , the parcel should be lost.

Should be lost ..?? How can it be lost it was send... Is there anyway to check ... French post told me they can only check if the China post opens up a search request ...

Parcel can be lost in Roissy (CDG) customs, but can still be into customs due to the high volume during holidays 😉

be sure to theck your buyer protection and, in case, open a dispute for a lost package
