Hello,

We were send a package that seems to be stuck at customs for a long time now - RI174702026CN.

The second product tracking number the seller gave us was fake (EA049883686CN) and now the seller will not answer any emails or phone calls so we believe that the first package above will also not come.

Can anyone advise what is happening with the package and why it went from being ready for departure to being opened again?
