pedido enviado desde España el dia 1 de octubre 2016 y llegada a Shenzhen Transit Station el dia 18 de octubre 2016, hoy es 29 de diciembre y no ha salido de esa oficina.
¿que problema hay?
Order shipped from Spain on October 1, 2016 and arrival at Shenzhen Transit Station on October 18, 2016, today is December 29 and has not left that office.
what's the problem?

mande un paquete desde España el 1-10-2016 y llego a Shenzhen Transit Station el dia 18-10-2016, estamos a 29-12-2016 y no ha salido de esa oficina.
¿que es lo que ocurre?

1. You could ask the recipient of the parcel to call China Post hot Line 11185 to find out where is the parcel.

2. The parcel might be lost or misplace also.

3. I have the same info as you.

1. Desafortunadamente no trabajo para el poste de China. Lo mejor que hay que hacer es pedir a España Post que haga una investigación sobre su parcela porque falta en China y no fue entregada.

Espero que esto ayude.

a China llegó, el día 18 de octubre 2016 , pero a partir de ahí no se nada mas.
