2. I would suggest you contact seller and tell him you have not received the parcel and try to make an arrangement with him to get your money back.
3. Your parcel maybe loss, maybe the seller can contact China Post: 86 20 11185 to find out what is wrong with your parcel.
4. If seller keep saying to wait, just open a dispute, because you have not received your parcel.
