I placed an order on ioffer on Feb 24, 2016, and was expected to have my package delivered to me already

Tracking number- RM661671329CN

2016-03-28 18:26:59.0 郑州帐单center received
2016-03-28 18:36:35.0 郑州帐单center customs scan
2016-03-28 23:02:25.0 leaving 郑州帐单center ，next station 郑州international
2016-03-29 11:28:19.0 郑州Transit Station export security scan
2016-03-29 11:47:00.0 郑州Transit Station export customs cleared

Can anyone explain what this means? Also via another website I saw this:

What I can see is your package was just sent on the 28 March 2016.
For what I can gather your parcel is on its way to Canada this is what I found:

No tracking information is available from CANADA

I think, not sure your parcel will be arriving in Toronto.
Keep tracking for 7 days to see if more activity will follows if not then parcel will be leaving China to Canada.
Parcel will be given to Canadian Customs for clearance then back to Canada Post for delivery. I suspect at least one (1) month before delivery maybe more.
You can track your number through Canada Post and when you see 1-12 days for deliveries, it will means that it is out of Canadian Customs and given to Canada Post.
