1. You need to understand, it does not mean that the parcel went directly to the Netherlands, it might have gone to UK or France or any other country before going to the Netherlands. It's almost never a direct flight to the country the parcel is going to.

2. Parcel to European country can take from 2 to 6 weeks. Here is were the Estimate are, but Netherlands is not included:
