Hello Ma'am/Sir,

Good morning.

Just want to inquire where my item is? It departed last Nov.30 2017 and its February up to now there is no update on my item. The item is shipped going to Qatar. My tracking number is RY633711407CN.

Hope you can help me track where my item is.

RY633711407CN was sent to airline on Nov 30. Normally it should arrive Qatar within 4 to 6 weeks. I should be lost.

yah its almost 10 weeks now. is there any chance that i will receive my item or do i need to open dispute?

Normally if you can not get it in Qatar over 2 months, the parcel has more than 80% chance to be lost. So I suggest you open dispute for refund.
