EMS only has contract relation with shipper. So you can not contact EMS. As per Aliexpress/ebay/amazon regulation, it is seller(shipper)'s duty to make sure the goods can reach buyer otherwise seller should refund money to buyer. I am not sure if your finish website has similar policy. If not, your money should be lost. Next time don't buy from those bad websites.
