Hi,
My package seems to be stuck at GuangDongShengGuangZhouShi.

2017-07-30 01:13:00 GuangDongShengGuangZhouShi 51000061 Arrival at Sorting Center

Package number is LX418341916CN.

I have contacted the seller several times but he does not seem to understand what the problem is. Can you give me an update please?

LX418341916CN has left china. you need wait 2 to 4 weeks to get it in Europe. updating is slow when parcel is outside china.

http://track-chinapost.com/track_global.php shows the parcel was just shipped, wait 2 to 4 weeks, it will arrive UK.

The status was't updated for 4 weeks now.

Wat date did package LX418341916CN leave China?
Does it come by ship of by airplane?
Or can it be cancelled by the seller somehow?

LX418341916CN should have some problem in Guangzhou. It might be lost.

Ask seller for refund or to ship item again, or just open a dispute.

I ordered through a finnish website, no Aliexpress or similar to open a dispute.
Seller refuses a refund or resending the goods.
Any other advice?
Can I contact EMS? or the sorting center
