Hi there

I was wondering if you could tell me whats happening with my parcel and where it is at the moment.
I have had no updates in a week.
My tracking number is RJ922036704CN

1. Parcel to New Zealand can take from 9 to 15 days to arrive according to this:

2. Now it's the busiest time of the year so all Mail Post Office in the World are very busy, so mail is slow right now.

3. Last tracking of your parcel is this:
2016-12-08 20:23 Shanghai Pudong, left

4. This is what I get when I track your parcel on the New Zealand Post site:
This product is not a tracked service, but may receive a delivery scan.
