Hello! I'm new in this forum and i'd like to receive some help . I bought an item on ioffer on the 31th of august and i receive this tracking number RO238378384CN and when i check it :
is invalid, China Post has not received any parcel associated with !
What can i do ?

4. Now would that be the date that the parcel arrive in Canada, I don't know that. Would that be the date that the parcel got through Canadian Customs and given to Canada Post for delivery, I don't know that.

5. What I know is normally it take from 6 to 8 weeks when a parcel is coming from China and it goes to Vancouver Inbound Mail.

6. Just come back here in couple of days and ask me to check for your parcel to see if more tracking can be view.
