Hello! I'm new in this forum and i'd like to receive some help . I bought an item on ioffer on the 31th of august and i receive this tracking number RO238378384CN and when i check it :
is invalid, China Post has not received any parcel associated with !
What can i do ?

1. Your tracking number is a valid tracking number. I was not able to track your parcel.

2. If the tracking number you receive is less then 10 days, then you need to wait for the number to be registered into the China Post system.

3. If you have that number for more then 10 days then the parcel was never put into the mail by the seller. You should contact seller and ask questions about your parcel.
