Hello,

Ordered something at the end of December, 2017.
Last updated from China Post on January 06, 2018 - in transit.
Have not received my parcel since then, nor any updates.

Order number is LX078222447CN.

Your parcel left China for Italy on January 6; it's normal for there not to be any updates while it's in transit between countries.

Unfortunately, parcels to Italy seem very very slow right now. Some people have suggested that Poste Italiane is having a hard time clearing the huge amount of Christmas parcels they received this year.

My best guess for transit time right now is 30-60 days. I would expect your parcel to show up in Italy sometime in February.
