Hello !

I entered track number and the informations are:

2016-08-04 22:15:59.0 Beijing Transit Station export security scan
2016-08-05 09:01:16.0 Beijing Transit Station export customs scan (domestic transit )
2016-08-08 07:26:42.0 Shanghai Transit Station export security scan
2016-08-08 13:38:06.0 Shanghai Transit Station export customs cleared

Last information was two months ago.

What can i do? Can you help me please ?

But it is to difficult for me, even with the translator

I also checked with tracking system the french country link, and it say my parcel didn't arrive in France

I have same problem.. I purchase TV from Chinese supplier in late July , they give me tracking number from China Post, but two months later, no shipment from China. I contact seller in China, they say it can take up to 2-3 months for shipment to arrive in USA . Is this true? I have bad feeling I have been tricked and they never ship me TV. I welcome any comments Tracking No. RH339623305CN

Can it take up to three months for parcel to arrive in United States from China via China Post? This is what my seller from China has told me. I purhcased TV in late August and it still has not arrived in USA (California) I believe they have stolen money from me! Unethical seller. Tracking No. RH339623305CN. Last tracking update shows parcel left Airport on August 23rd. Can it really take up to three months? I have feeling maybe they never shipped TV, just trick me with fake tracking number. I welcome any comments.

1. Please next time provide tracking number so we can help you.

2. You should contact seller and tell him you have not receive your parcel. Since I don't know what type of parcel you are talking about.

3. May I suggest you read this:

4. If your parcel is what we call China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus then the delivery is between 30 and 60 days.

2. So your parcel is On Route to USA. Unfortunately USPS does not track China Post Register Airmail. May I suggest you read this for USA:

3. As far as I can see your parcel is fine, I don't see any problem with the tracking. I would not be surprise if the parcel is already in USA but has not gone yet through US Customs Office. You just need to wait for it.

Sorry i didn't give track number !

It is CP324805880CN

Categorie was ''surface'' Weight 6kg

And it was personal returned goods, i went by my self at china post in beijing to send it to France

I am just worried because tracking doesn't show it left china, and it was two months ago

I know it can take few months to arrive, it is not a problem cause i choosed the cheapest, just worried cause it didn't leave china, would like to know if it is normal for surface sending, or if there is a problem with my parcel.

1. The last tracking I could find is this:
Shanghai exchange bureau] have been exported straight seal
2016-08-08 13:38:06 [GMT+8]

2. I check for a parcel by ship and it can take 30 days traveling. But the tracking above are not saying the parcel took a ship to get to France. But Shanghai is a Port also and if it took a ship for France then possibly it needed a few days to weeks to find a place aboard a ship to France.

3. Sometimes China Post registered surface mail can also take an Aircraft to destination country. I guess you read that surface mail might take up to 6 months to arrive.

4. That all I can think for your parcel, sorry I could not help you more.
