Guys I am new here & it is my 1st time buying a product from aliexpress. A little guide will be much appreciated & helpful.

I am posting for 2nd time. Plz plz help.

whenever I track the status is same as 'Electronic data received' for around 2 weeks. When I asked the seller he said "We sent the package to the address and name you provided, so no worry.During these days, post offices are updating the system, so many packages can't be tracked in time. Pls forgive.but the package will be delivered to your address, so no worry."

Plz tell me what should I do? should I open dispute?

My parcel tracking number is RN833002859CN

you should open dispute to aliexpress against fraud.

Ok thank you I will do it. Actually It's my 1st time so I was confused what to do and moreover that seller had a good rating & the product I ordered was quite famous so I was hesitating :( But now I will open dispute.
