this is beyond a joke now ! why will nobody contact me about my unshipped order !? its been well over 2 months !!! i want my money back !!! order RI942965014CN was delivered but order RO226599162CN is no where to be seen !!!! this is the order number #593198 . sort this out and contact me back ! well the two R numbers are tracking numbers but the order was one as i bought 2 items at once, only ONE has come !

1. Your order with tracking number RO226599162CN was never mail through China Post. The tracking number is a valid number.

2. The seller your dealing with never mail your parcel. You need to contact your seller about your parcel with tracking number RO226599162CN . If you have no response from the seller open a dispute to get your money back.

Hi, the best way to sort out the problem is for you contact the seller. If you buy something off AliExpress and if the seller did not respond to your messages open a dispute.

You may indicate the reason as "no tracking information". And point out that the tracking number provided to you as not working meaning that the seller has never ship the order out. As long as your order is still within the buyer protection period, you should be fine.

ok i have emailed the seller on like 4 different occasions with NO REPLY. the two items i bought was off herodress. i have emailed them 4 times like i said. nothing back from them. one item was shipped and got here, the other is no where to be seen ! thanks for your replies however.
