Sent from the UK to China...... Any ideas?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows ru666698337gb arrived Shanghai on May 17. Normally it should be delivered in one week otherwise it should have delivery problem(many English address parcel can not be delivered in China). You can ask receiver to call china post hot line 11185 and see if the parcel is returned to UK or still in China(if yes, he can pickup the parcel from post office).

Ok thanks, it did have a Chinese address on. I will let my customer know.

1. You will need to call or go to a Royal Post Office to have them open an investigation about your parcel in China Post hands. That is the last solutions.
