2. If you have no communication with seller, then open a dispute to get your money back. Your parcel is not in the China mail system.

1. Your tracking number is a valid tracking number. I could not find any info on it.

2. If you just got the tracking number you need to wait 2 to 5 days before it's into the China Post system. If after 10 days you can not track the parcel then contact seller and ask them if they did physically mail the parcel.

3. I hope you are aware of this:
format 2: the number starts with “CP” and ends with “CN”, i.e. CP123456789CN
This is China Post registered surface mail. Normally it is much slower than airmail and might take up to 6 months to arrive.
