Item despatch out on 14 April 2018 and on 23 April 2018 shown that "held by custom". Up to now no new update. Please help!!

LZ231553971CN left china on Apr 23. It should be in Malaysia long time ago. I suggest wait one more weeks and see if you can get the parcel, if not, open dispute to ebay/aliexpress/WISH for lost parcel refund.
