Hello!

I have an item with tracking number RH033652628CN. The seller is reliable. I made shooping before and the shipping was very fast and the feedbacks for the seller are really good. In that manner I dont think there is a problem but the last item I bought was shipped again in a few days but during last month there were no updates related to where the item is. I asked to the seller and he said " because of war situation flights affected, if it does not arrive he will make a refund ". What war situation? Does anyone know anything about it?
