Post Long overdue parcel to Singapore

Hi

I saw on your website that delivery to Singapore takes a maximum of 14 days.
I have a parcel RO133013588CN that has been out from Shanghai since 8 June. Until now i have not received anything and the tracking seems to stop last week.

Item is just a garment item. How could it have taken so long or has it already been lost?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the delayed in Shanghai for 2 weeks. It actually left shanghai on Jun 29. You should get it by July 14.
