Hello, My number is RJ582689375CN. The information updated was the same place( Wenzhou). The result looks like this

2015-07-28 17:14:53.0 leaving Wenzhou sorting center ，next station Wenzhou express

What's happened to my package?
When will it arrive in Cambodia?

RJ582689375CN should be delayed in Wenzhou. You can wait one more week and track again. If still same thing, you should open dispute for lost parcel.

I really need my parcel before the 20th December I purchased on the 22nd November and on the website says 2weeks it keeps saying that my parcel is in Wenzhou

Your parcel should be lost. Open dispute to seller asap.
