Post Is tracking number fake?

I ordered thru justlife.shop 2 months ago and the site provided me a tracking number of RU140941999NL. However, upon checking its status, it says "Parcel#RU140941999NL is invalid, China Post has not received any parcel associated with this number!"

Is there any way that the package can be tracked?

RU140941999NL is Netherlands Post parcel, you can not track it in China Post system.

netherlands Post website shows it is now in PHILIPPINES, Enroute to delivery office.

You need call your local Philippines Post office and pickup the parcel. Philippines Post office does not make delivery.
