If you open dispute, you can get money back if seller can not prove that the parcel has been delivered to you. so it is easy for you.

none can predict arrival time for china-to-india parcel. there are many uncertainties. airline space, customs clearance speed etc, all those factors are not controlled by china post. as per our last year experience, you might wait 40 to 50 days to get the goods in this season.
