HI Admin,

Its been 10 days there is no update in the tracking status ..

3/4/2014 11:06:00 AM CHINA 200237 Receive item from customer (Otb) Air KOLKATA AIRPORT SORTING OFFICE

3/8/2014 12:33:00 PM CHINA BEIJING Insert item into bag (Otb) Air KOLKATA AIRPORT SORTING OFFICE

3/9/2014 8:08:00 AM CHINA BEIJING Send item abroad (EDI-received) Air KOLKATA AIRPORT SORTING OFFICE

Can anyone help on this ..

you should got to India Post office in Kolkata and check what happened. India Post sometimes is very difficult to deal with.

i think this is not a fair reply, suppose if the shipping gets stopped in Africa , you would ask me to got to Africa and solve the problem ...The status shows its just shipped and it did not enter into INDIA...
Please let me know how and whom do i contact a person from Beijing Custom office instead of speaking about in a forum...I am disappointed totally :(

My parcel is to sent to KOLKATA AIRPORT SORTING OFFICE on 3/15/2014 at 8:11:00 AM, but after that there is no update.

Can please help me with the same to know the current status..

Contact India Post who is the agent of China Post in India, parcel now is in their control.

From 28th August its showing that my order has sent to beijing airline and from since i am unable to get any further update.…
how can i know wether my order has reached india or not and if it in india then in which city it is.…please let me know i am waiting for my order very desperatly.…please help me.… :(

sent to airline is the last status in china. this status will not change until your parcel arrives your country. normally this will take 2 to 4 weeks.

1 Indian post says the item is still in china, it haven't been despatched for India

Why the parcel is not dispatched after 20 days till today
