Post Is my tracking number or package legit ?

I just recently ordered from Ebay, and the seller gave me this tracking number 86762526780 for China post. The China post register air mail tracking system "confirmed" the number and the status says shipped . But i looked on Ebay (when i order a package i like to constantly hover over the item) it showed that the seller was "no longer be registered" , should i request for refund or wait?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel was shipped on Jan 24. It is a real number. But you can not know what is inside the parcel. You can wait one month and see if you can get. If you can not get the goods by end of Feb or the goods you receives is not what you purchased, you can open dispute to ebay for refund.
