Post Is my tracking number fake?

RI659680070CN I have tried tracking this and it doesn't seem to have left the sorting office, is this number real, I have been unable to contact the seller? I have ordered and paid for Pandora charms but can't make contact with seller as they said my order would be delivered on 8th October??

http://track-chinapost.com/track_chinapost.php shows your parcel is looping between Guangzhou and Shenzhen. As per our experience, this normally is a very bad news which means the parcel can not pass safety scan or customs inspection.

If you paid with paypal/aliexpress, you should open dispute for non-arrival order .

I actually paid by debit card and have notified my bank but how would I go about claiming

I am not sure if you purchased from big websites such ebay,amazon,aliexpress etc. If you paid with debit card to above mentioned websites, you can still open dispute and claim refund.

If you purchased from small no-name websites, it is very very risky. You can see from this forum, too many people suffered scam from those no-name websites.
