Hi I am trying to track this item. The last information i have is:

Arrival at inward office of exchange
Dec-16-15, 19:52 PM, GUANGZHOU

That was over 5 days ago with no movement since. Is this normal?

it is normal. the parcel should have left china. your status will freeze at its last china location after it left china. freezing time might be 2 to 6 weeks.

Thank you for your help. I was hoping to receive this before the new year but it doesn't seem likely now.
