Seller sent me the tracking number RI742686969CN.
China Post Register Air Mail Tracking System after 4 days found.
Where is the problem. Seller is not communicating with me. How should I proceed.

wait one more week and track again. if still nothing, open dispute to ebay/aliexpress.
