some people in China use Dutch Post to ship the battery item. The parcel goes through 2 steps: First it is shipped from China to Netherlands(takes about 10 days), then it gets into Dutch Post system and transit to other countries. Tracking number will not work until it gets into Dutch Post system. After arrive Netherlands, it becomes trackable in Dutch Post website.

Hello I'm not quite sure where to post questions but I'm a little lost. I ordered three things from gear best.com. Took about a week and a half to process before anything was shipped and that's with paying for the fastest delivery on the one order! (Which included two of the three items) 1/12/15 at about 2:00 pm I finally got one of the three products I ordered which I was able to thoroughly follow the tracking information. These other two however are apparently dispatched however I can not find any information on them anywhere. I was given these two numbers, CN14200162183139 and LN666767205CN. Like I've said I got one product so far so that is a little settling but if I ordered it with something else shouldn't both have come together? And where can I track this stuff? If anyone can help it would be much appreciacted

CN14200162183139 is not a tracking number. You can not verify this shipment is real or fake.
LN666767205CN is real, it was just shipped 3 days ago. But you can not verify if it is heading to you or if it has the right product you have purchased.

You can see from this forum, too many people have suffered lost from those non-reputation scam websites. We never heard of gearbest.com, you should be cautious to such websites. Better buy from big marketplaces such as ebay, aliexpress, amazon which have good buyer protection policy and reliable feedback system. Even if you meet some bad buyer there, you can get your money back.
