No. You can not verify if the tracking number is genuine or not before it arrives Netherlands.

I was told by aliexpress that my order was shipped on 10/2 (October second)
I was given a tracking number (RI559533533CN) and I waited the normal 2-3 days to track it those 2-3 days turned into weeks. I am still unable to track my order is it because the number is fake ? Please help.

RI559533533CN is fake number. open dispute asap.

I have pleaded with seller on Ali express for correct tracking number to no avail, this is the tracking number RS313041483NL I've opened dispute but Ali express say seller has shipped item .... Can anyone help please x

That is the correct tracking number; the item was sent via PostNL (Netherlands post office). It just arrived at Heathrow yesterday morning; you should get it any day now, possibly even today (Oct 30). Many sellers in China use PostNL, especially for shipping to Europe.

Here are the item details from the PostNL website:

Shipment details: RS313041483NL
21-10-2015 05:59 The item is pre-advised
23-10-2015 10:13 The item is ready for shipment
26-10-2015 11:28 The item is at the PostNL sorting center
27-10-2015 05:33 The item is on transport to the country of destination
27-10-2015 19:48 The item has arrived in the country of destination
28-10-2015 09:24 The item has been processed in the country of destination UNITED KINGDOM
A signature is required upon delivery of this item.

The Royal Mail website is less helpful, but it still gives:

28/10/15 09:24 ARRIVED IN THE UK HEATHROW WORLDWIDE DC

Greetings, I have made a purchase and the seller used China Post as the shipper.

The seller provided the following tracking number: LK646027451CN

The problem is that the number he provided is non-existent.
Several weeks have gone by with no response from either the seller or tracking number confirmation.
Should I suspect that this tracking number is indeed fictitious?
