They placed an order on aliexpres some time ago now and I do not appear anything with this number of Traking RD517650159CN. is false ?

RD517650159CN is invalid. many seller delay shipment. so you can wait one more week and track again. if still no result, you should open dispute to aliexpress.

look another tthing, I was revise my another deliver and see this number track that arrive to peru, but this number is very stranger and nothing recive tracking for web page: CNI150206BSK000020, web page: http://www.ec-***.org/Details.aspx <--- is fake? why arrive in 40 days.

CNI150206BSK000020 is not a tracking number. that website tracking result is not reliable. Your parcel might be a non-register mail which can not be tracked online and can not be verified if it is really shipped or not. for detail read this article http://track-chinapost.com/?p=686

RS185244065NL is Netherlands tracking number. some seller send the goods from china to Netherlands first, then use netherlands post system to ship the goods again to other country.
