Post Fake Tracking Number?

Hello!
It's been almost 10 days and there is no record on the tracking system.
The number is:

35150234385

Every other order I have already has some tracking info even if they are also [China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus] and fewer days after the purchase day...

Should I open a dispute?

you can not track china post ordinary parcel. you can wait about 30 days and see if you can get the goods, if not, open dispute.
