Post fake or not?

I have bought an item in aliexpress and This is my track number RH154256801CN but if i check the code in the box the message is tracking number is wrong, so what does it mean? Seller tells me he had shipped it a week ago..

track it in http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php. If it shows china post has not received the parcel, it is fake.

The seller told me all is ok and the system is very slow but 7 days are passed so i don't know what i have to think about...the message is the same: parcel not received.. Does he lie to me or is updating slow? Please help me :(

Your seller did not ship the goods. China Post will update the database within 48 hours after shipper gives the parcel to post office.

The message is still no shipping record...i will open a dispute...he didn't send me anything he's a liar..
