seller have shipped the package on 6 August 2016 but till now I can't tracking it, why this happen?
Do you have any suggestions?

1. You need to wait 2 to 5 days before it gets into the China Post system. If after 10 days you can not track it, then you should contact seller and ask him if he did physically mail the parcel.

Hello Sir,
I have bought two products from two different sellers on ALiexpress and there is status update on my dash board that my items has been shipped with tracking number of China Post RG290166823CN, RH013812189TR. But there is no tracking information available on China post tracking and neither on Aliexpress. However, it is written on Aliexpress dashboard that "Tracking information is available within 5-10 days."

Are these fake Numbers?

1. One parcel is coming from China (RG290166823CN) and the other one (RH013812189TR) is coming from Turkey. Both tracking number are valid tracking number.

2. If you want you could track both parcel on this site:
http://www.track-chinapost.com/en/

3. What is written on Ali Express is true it can take up to 10 days before the tracking number are into the Postal system.
