İt passed 18 days ı cant track my parcel yet. I tried every tracking site even this nothing gave to me it say it is invalid no information anyone help me pls

This is my tracking number it ends TR=Turkey, when ı said to seller ı cant track you gave me turkey post office tracking number he said it doesnt matter you can track anyway helpppp

1. Then I suggest you open a dispute because:

a. Tracking number is a valid tracking number.

b. I also could not find tracking number any information.

c. For me the parcel was never put in the mail
