Hi! I purchased a pair of shoes from aliexpress this week and paid for them to be shipped with DHL EXPRESS. Just yesterday the seller sent me the tracking number, which after 24 hours still doesn't work on dhl site.
I wrote to the seller first in a private message and after many hours as I saw him online in a chat when he finally answered.
He said that he has sent the package, and that the DHL tracking number will change by post within 3 days, how can this be possible?
I haven't used dhl in a while, but I don't remember that dhl tracking number can change -_-
I already contacted aliexpress customer support which sent an email to the seller in order to prove a picture of the dhl receipt with the famous tracking.
