My order from DHGate sent with EMS with tracking number EE930196345CN.
The seller posted the number on sunday 8-12-2013. Until today I still could not track it.

Is it a valid tracking number?

My other question is, is it possible for the seller to print shipping label/tracking number before actually drop the item to the post office. I heard that EMS costumer can do that.

EE930196345CN is NOT a valid number.

You are right, some people just give buyer a tracking number from blank EMS label but never sent it to China Post EMS branch.

To verify the number is very simple. If China Post EMS branch has received this parcel, it should show some result in following page:
http://track-chinapost.com/startems.php

I ordered items from china to peru, I used ems always them to me always come to me in 1 week and 2 weeks at the latest. Without restrictions - Nothing prohibited or illegal in the parcels. EA127293977CN tracking numbers on 10 nov and ever since 6rd week already the tracking info haven't changed :'( Its says :

I paid $350.50USD for Ems from china, to Peru, how many more weeks/months can take ?
