I have a problems with one of my orders.
Made on 11/30/2013 appear as sent 2 times, on 12/11/2013 and on 1/6/2014 on Dx.com website.
On tracking website (http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php) appear as "In Customs-Control warehouse" from 2013.12.12.
I try to open a dispute at paypal, but those 45 days are past. I open a ticket on seller website but they tell me to wait. I ask for refund or for resend. Last response from seller is:
"Dear Customer,

I am sorry for the delay. We have asked the shipping company to speed up the process. Please don't worry, we are always here to help you get the package. Just wait some days.

The order number is 131130001029652994 , the tracking number is RC336165835CN.
I have around 35 order on this website and all orders beside that are received.
