Post Did they send my packet?

Hello,

I ordered something from one23urban and got a tracking number: LX717673901CN.

But everytime I type the number in the tracking field, the website says that there are no shipping records!

Where is my packet? Did they not send it? What can I do?

Nothing has been sent using this tracking number yet. When the parcel is mailed, the tracking number will start to show results within 48 hours.

How long ago did you order your item? If recently, ask your seller when they are going to ship the package. If you don't like their answer, or if you ordered a long time ago, open a dispute with your credit card company.

Hello,

i got the message with the tracking number yesterday. I will wait one more day. When the package isn’t send until tomorrow , I will speak with the seller.
