CP058375404IT seems to be lost in Beijing. You need contact Italy post to claim lost parcel compensation.

so the parcel is lost in beijing as you said or is in Shenzhen?

You can file investigation with Italy Post and ask them to contact China Post. If China Post can not find the parcel, they will give some compensation to Italy Post and Italy Post should give you some compensation.
