Can you tell me what is happening with my parcel RS770166791CN, it said shipped by air but seller is now offering a refund and it sounds by this that the seller has somehow stopped delivery mid transit and the last update was electronic information has been received, how is this possible?
Confusing.

Parcel not rejected by customs, it's just a copper pipe cutter and according to tracking it had left by air for destination.

There is more to it than that, the price of this item, if it was available, has nearly doubled to what I paid and seller is adamant that they want to refund via paypal, even though I've told them I don't use it, rather than the recognised aliexpress procedures.
I can't get a straight answer from the seller but they say that the batch of these was returned to supplier as being poor quality, but mine had already been dispatched, what I need to know is how the seller can halt the delivery process even when the tracking says it has been shipped by air, and what the last entry, Electronic information has been received, is all about.

I haven't got a refund and yes I still want the goods.
It now appears that they used the tracking number given to me for another customer's order, as it has been sent to Cardiff.
So this isn't a China Post issue it's the deceitful actions of the seller, I paid £5.65 including delivery, the price of this item is now £9.61 but is currently not available although the listing is still live, I haven't even been offered a replacement when these are restocked so I would wager that as soon as, or if this is sorted out these items will miraculously become available again but at the now much inflated price.
